Tasks and Targets

At present the work of ICPP is concentrated on three main fields which are relevant for world-wide co-operation of the plastics packaging industry:

1. Regulatory aspects of the transport of dangerous goods
2. International standardization
3. Environmental aspects

ICPP-Mission:

to promote the safe and efficient manufacturing, use and recycling of plastics packaging, e. g. in the fields of international transport of dangerous goods with plastics packaging or in the international standardization of plastics packagings and test methods. ICPP encourages environmentally sound practices in the management of the industrial plastics packaging life cycle.
